We publish our prices

Starting figures for every common problem are on the pricing page, before you call. Very few companies in this trade do that, and the reason is simple: it removes the room to decide what a job costs once a technician is already in your kitchen.

Licensed, insured and background-checked

Illinois requires appliance repair technicians to be licensed. Every one of ours is, with full insurance and a completed background check, and the person at your door works for us rather than for a subcontractor.

Diagnosis before quoting

A technician tests the appliance rather than guessing from the symptom. Two machines can present the identical fault for entirely different reasons, and the difference between them is often the difference between a small part and a large one.

A flat price, agreed first

You approve a fixed price after the diagnostic and before anything is opened up. Approve it and the diagnostic fee rolls into the labor. Nothing is added afterwards.

An honest answer about replacing

Some repairs are not worth doing. If the cost is more than half a comparable new appliance and the unit is past two thirds of its life, we will say so, even though it costs us the job. It is the reason people call us back.

Open seven days a week

We answer from 6am to midnight every day, including weekends and holidays. A refrigerator does not wait until Monday and neither do we.
