Say yes to the repair and the diagnostic fee rolls into the labor cost, which is what makes the service call free. Say no and it covers our trip out. Either way you know the number before we arrive.

The commercial diagnostic is $135. Approve the repair and it rolls into the total. We understand that downtime costs you money, so commercial calls get priority scheduling.

Both the parts we fit and the labor are covered for 90 days, in writing on your invoice.

Every technician is licensed in Illinois and fully insured, and the license number is on your paperwork.

Same-day service available
Call before noon and most Chicago neighbourhoods can be reached the same day, seven days a week.
Why we publish prices at all
Most appliance repair companies will not give you a number until a technician is standing in your kitchen, which is exactly when you have the least room to say no. We would rather you knew roughly what a job costs before you call, so the visit is a decision you already made rather than one made for you.
What the figures on this page are, and are not
They are starting prices drawn from real Chicagoland repairs, per problem and per appliance. They are not a quote. The final number depends on the brand, the part and how much labor the specific machine needs, and you get that number in writing during the diagnostic, before any work begins.
What moves the price
- The appliance. A built-in column refrigerator takes longer to reach than a freestanding one, before anybody touches a part.
- The brand. Parts for high-end and imported brands cost more and sometimes have to be ordered.
- The part itself. A thermal fuse and a control board are the same job in terms of labor and nothing alike in terms of cost.
- Access. A stacked laundry unit in a closet or a cooktop set into stone takes longer to get to and to put back properly.
What never moves
The price you approved. Nothing is added after the fact, and we do not start work you have not agreed to. If we open an appliance and find a second fault, we stop and tell you before going any further.
