What happens when you call

You will speak to someone who works on appliances, not a call centre. Tell us the brand, the model number if you have it, and what the appliance is actually doing. That is usually enough for us to know which parts to put on the van before we set off.

We will give you an arrival window rather than an all-day one, and we will confirm the technician by phone or text before they arrive.

What a visit costs

The diagnostic is $90 for a home and $135 for commercial equipment, and it rolls into the labor as soon as you approve the repair. Starting prices per problem are listed on the pricing page, so you can check before you call.

If it is an emergency

A refrigerator drifting above 40 degrees, water on the floor, a gas smell, or a dryer that smells hot. Call rather than book online and say so when you get through, because those calls are moved to the front of the schedule. If you smell gas, leave the property and call your gas utility first.
